A few projects in CNC machining and in embedded systems. Clients are not named.

Differential pressure calibration: a 0 to 200 Pa calibration instrument, whose fan is driven by an ESP32, for calibrating sensors. A second unit is planned for quality control.

Portable vibration analyzer: 6-axis inertial measurement unit, Wi-Fi access point and web page.

Laser positioning guide: positioning guide for fabric cutting, driven by an ESP32.

G-code correction: G-code correction tool for a CNC router, at a value-added aluminum processor.

G-code transfer gateway: Wi-Fi and RS-232 gateway that transfers G-code to a Haas mill, with a REST API and a web portal.

CNC lathe modernization: switch to a LinuxCNC control, in progress.

For a welding and metal fabrication shop: repair of a laser cutter, diagnosis of servo motors, as well as relocation, upgrade, reliability improvements and follow-up with reports for a robotic plasma cutting cell (Fanuc robot, Hypertherm HPR260XD plasma power supply).

Refurbishment of a Haas TM-1 mill: bought out of service, disassembled, inspected and running again; spindle converted to air-oil lubrication and raised from 4000 to 6000 rpm, wireless probing installed.

Controller for a saw blade welder: for a client, an ESP32-based controller with position sensors that replaces the mechanical control of a Fahringer welder; consistent welds and fewer operator errors.
