Turnkey integration of a CNC router

A client was making their plywood parts by hand, with a table saw, a band saw and a jigsaw. I switched them over to CNC. What I handled:

  • the search for a suitable used CNC router, and negotiating its purchase;
  • inspecting the machine at the seller's, before purchase;
  • transport to the client's shop;
  • post-installation inspection, start-up and programming;
  • the choice of tools and cutting speeds;
  • operator training;
  • the list of equipment the shop needs to run properly.

Inspection of the electrical cabinet: drives, relays and I/O.

Buying a used machine without expertise is a risk. I make sure it works before you pay for it, and once you have.
