CNC machining

I machine parts and prototypes on a CNC mill, and I develop tools for CNC machines.

What I do

  • Manufacturing of prototypes and custom parts, as one-offs or in small batches, on a Haas CNC mill.
  • CNC lathe modernization: LinuxCNC retrofit, in progress.
  • G-code tools: G-code correction and transfer to the machines (IT).
  • Repair and maintenance of CNC machines, including Haas (Machine repair and maintenance).

What I use

  • Haas TM-1 mill
  • Cyclematic CT-1118 lathe (LinuxCNC retrofit in progress, Mesa 7i76E board)
  • Materials: aluminum, steel and plastics
  • FARO Prime contact measuring arm

  • G-code correction tool for a CNC router, at a value-added aluminum processor.
  • Wi-Fi and RS-232 gateway that transfers G-code to a Haas mill.
